Inside Out Sessions
More decision makers
More constituents
More touchpoints
More brand diffusion
And therefore a need for more clarity among people on your team.
We believe that most brand issues are actually the result of internal dynamics, not external factors.
And today, with more and more stakeholders responsible for bringing the brand to life across digital/social content, experiences, omnichannel and beyond, it’s become increasingly difficult to align on what the real issues are, and to know how to begin to address them. And as a result, brands become stuck in their ways, lose perspective and find it harder than ever to innovate.
To help brands move forward, we’re offering a new service called Inside Out Sessions. Designed as a quick, turn-key and low-investment way to “unstuck” your brand, the Inside Out Session centers on a half-day workshop in which we surface key internal challenges, work through potential hypotheses for solving them and develop a prioritized to-do list for the team and the brand.
This is something we typically do at the beginning of a strategy journey, but we think it has real value as a stand-alone process for teams that need to get to clarity fast about what they’re trying to solve for.
This fast-tracked approach provides teams with a sense of clarity about the present and a dose of inspiration for the future.
How it works
Prep
We plan a thorough briefing to get smart on your business and brand, your challenges and opportunities. In order to prepare for the workshop, we incorporate input from different stakeholders to get a well-rounded picture of the situation.
Participate
We structure a collaborative and intensive 3-4 hour workshop (via Zoom or IRL) with members of your team to surface the issues, identify the burning questions and work through a few hypotheses that we’ve developed for how to
move forward.
Post
We synthesize the output of the workshop into a succinct document that frames the issues and prioritizes what needs to happen next. In some cases, we will arrive at solutions; in others, teams will get a running start to unpacking the bigger issues.
